The WDSF Communications team customarily reports from the events where it is present with a balanced mix of videos, photos and short posts here or in the WDSF social media. In Copenhagen, however, we will come up short with one element: the photos.
Our regular photographers cannot make it to their floorside positions today! Team member Helmut Roland was first to cancel: an unfortunate skiing accident two weeks ago forced him to undergo surgery on his shoulder. "Ski Heil!" (we checked, this typically German salute between skiers can still be used - despite of what you think) and speedy recovery, Helmut!
Then it is Ingelis Ørum who tells us through Messenger:
"I'm here with a fever! Means I can't go to the venue and be part of the historical event with live stream 
and I can't take pictures of my favourite Standard dancers .. 
"
