Although our main focus lies on Moscow, there are also fabulous DanceSport events in many other locations this week.
Our associate member, WRRC, hosts two World Cup events on Saturday. Slavonski Brod (CRO) is having World Cup Rock’n’Roll Main Class Contact Style, Juveniles, Juniors, Children and Girls Formations. At the same time in Norway, Stjordal/Trondheim has World Cup in Boogie Woogie Main Class, Seniors and Juniors.
WDSF Open events will be held in Hradec Kralove (CZE), Lviv (UKR), Pescara (ITA) and Rosemont (USA). The events in Pescara and Rosemont start already on Friday and close on Saturday, while Lviv has WDSF Youth Open Standard and Latin on Saturday only. Hradec Kralove has WDSF Opens for all age groups from Youth to Senior IV, and it takes the whole weekend, from Saturday to Sunday.
The number of couples on the dance floor during the next three days is enormous, showing that DanceSport is popular around the world, and doing well as a sport.
