European DanceSport Clubs Cup An entirely different format for competition in DanceSport premieres in Cambrils. Today and tomorrow, the first ever European Clubs Cup is held as part of the 2012 D.O. World DanceSport in Cambrils, ESP.

12 teams from seven European countries are dancing in Latin and Standard since 14:30 CEST already. And no, this is not a team match ...

The organisers have invited clubs, studios and other entitities in DanceSport to field a team to contest a continental title under an innovative formula.

The Team = J 2+ Y 2+ A2 

The European DanceSport Clubs Cup is a team competition, with each team made up of six (6) couples. Three (3) couples compete in Standard – three (3) compete in Latin! And the three couples competing in each section belong to three (3) different age groups:

  • One (1) Junior > J
  • One (1) Youth > Y
  • One (1) Adult  > A 

Dates: 5 and 6 April 2012
