The Story Was Told

11 April | Megeve, FRA © Roland In the end, the WDSF Communications team was able to tell you the full story on the 2015 European DanceSport Championship Ten Dance that was held at the Palais des Sports et des Congrès in Megève, FRA, on 11 April. It took longer than usual, but the team's perseverance paid off in the end.

More than 70 individual clips were produced and uploaded on the YouTube channel DanceSport Total as well as here. Add some 300 photographs plus the full results - published at long last - and you get the picture of the memorable competition that challenged the 31 participating couples for a variety of reasons.

It is the discipline in itself - the decathlon - plus the aggravating circumstances - the fact that the six finalist couples danced eight rounds in just under twelve hours and at an altitude of 1,200 metres above sea level - that made this European Ten Dance a veritable pièce de résistance in competitive DanceSport.
