Issue 2004/15 : Apology By An Athlete

After extensive discussion within the IDSF regarding a disturbance at the 2004 IDSF European 10-Dance Championship in Kishiniev, Moldova, the President of IDSF requested a full apology from the only dancer involved in that disturbance.
