Calvià, ESP - 25 April © Roland WDSF Communications team member Helmut Roland will be in Tilburg, NED, when the 2015 World Senior IV Standard gets underway on Saturday 21 February.

As was done from Mallorca in 2014, Helmut will report on the World Championship for couples with at least one dancer being aged 65.

The first outing of this age group was a huge success in Calvià, ESP, last year. Well over 100 couples had entered and In the end, Italy prevailed, with Luca D'Andrea - Regina Scerrato (pictured above) taking first and winning the title ahead of their fellow countrymen Angelo Brusca - Enrica Alde. Japan - with Nobuo Hayashi - Tamiko Hayashi - took third.

We're looking forward to bring you coverage on this World Standard and maybe on some of the many other events taking place this weekend in Tilburg (website). Let's get moving!
