Revocation of Licenses of Mr Marco Sietas, ESP, as Chairperson and Adjudicator

The WDSF Presidium has voted that both the WDSF Chairperson's Licence and the WDSF Adjudicator “A” Licence of Mr Marco Sietas, WDSF Chairperson and Adjudicator from Spain, be revoked immediately regarding DanceSport competitions in all WDSF Divisions and disciplines, and that the Presidium refuse any subsequent application from him for any WDSF Licence or other WDSF office or authorisation of any kind for at least TWO (2) YEARS from the date of such revocation, on the grounds that he has:

• manifestly contravened the WDSF Adjudicators' Code of Conduct and Standards of Ethics ("the Code"), including but not limited to   the duty "to conduct himself/herself in an ethical and professional manner" set out in paragraph 1, and re:  the standards of conduct and duties set out in the texts of Articles 3(l), 4(a), 4(g), and 4(m) of the Code, or any of them;
• wilfully infringed those terms of the Code or any of them, and 
• has engaged in conduct which in the opinion of the WDSF Presidium is prejudicial to the interests of WDSF,

or any of them, 

pursuant to the terms of the Code and the Presidium's jurisdiction under the WDSF Statutes, or any of them.
