The last time Benedetto Ferruggia - Claudia Koehler, GER, and Emanuel Valeri - Tania Kehlet, DEN, faced off against each other was just over a month ago, when the two couples danced the Tokyo Open. Prior to that, one needs to go back to the PD Super GrandPrix Standard here in Stuttgart, exactly one year ago, to recall the two couples sharing the same floor. Both went their separate ways immediately thereafter: the Germans went on to dance and win the 2015 World Championship in Leipzig, GER, while the Danes danced and won the 2016 European Championship in Cambrils, ESP. Always in the absence of their respective opponents!
Good to have both of them here for tonight's PD Super GrandPrix Standard again! I bet you can't wait to find out how the duel will end this time.
