As Close As It Gets

Ashli Williamson, DEN

The chair of the Athletes' Commission, Ashli Williamson, is on location here in Cambrils and has spent the past few hours supervising the ballotting in the elections of the Youth/U-21 representative to her commission. She and the Secretary have just counted - and recounted - the votes that were received by the three candidadtes. That's the message she just sent us:

As there is no 2.1 Judging System in democratic elections, it is a simple majority that needs to take precedence.

After counting the physical votes received today at the European Championship Youth Latin in Cambrils and the electronic votes we have a TIE!!!

To break it, te WDSF Athletes' Commission extends the electronic voting until Saturday 9 April 2016 at 12 p.m. Central European Summer Time.

If you have not voted yet, you can cast your vote electronically by requesting a form at our e-mail address first.

Be a part of making the future ... 👍

Dancing regards from Cambrils,

Ashli Williamson
