The evening session has started with another opening ceremony that will likely include everything from the youth choir to the dance performance put in by sponsor Stanley Au and his partner. A sight to behold: the former President of the Hong Kong DanceSport Association dressed up in tails - yesterday they were white - whisking Zhao Di across the floor.
Well, Winson Tam - Anastasia Novikova, CAN, didn't make the semi-final in the end. They finished tied with another Ten Dance specialist couple, Dumitru Doga - Sarah Ertmer, GER, in 23rd place. This bodes well for a tight competition at the World Ten Dance later this year. Dumitru Doga - Sarah Ertmer, GER, are the reigning European Champions in the DanceSport decathlon and finished as high as fourth in previous Worlds.
