Who's Dancing for ... CAN

Alon Gilin - Anastasia Trutneva, CAN Two couples are representing Canada in The World Games 2013: Patrick Rucinski - Ella Nusenbaum will dance Standard and Alon Gilin - Anastasia Trutneva Latin.

Both have achieved outstanding results in 2013 already. Patrick and Ella were the runners-up in the U-21 World Standard in February in Antwerp, BEL. Alon and Anastasia had their best WDSF competition of the year in Rimini, ITA, this May: 6th place in the World Open Latin!

What is amazing about both couples: they could easily swap styles! Far from being either 100% Latin or Standard couples, both compete regularly in the respective "other" section.

Maybe a surprise to some: Anton Belayev - Antoaneta Popova, the highest ranked Canadian couple at the moment, will not dance in Cali.
